Toronto indie-pop act Castle Frank -  aka Max Bergé - reflects on the marks and memories of certain people, places and experiences that we carry with us on 'In Your Blood'. The title track from his debut album is thoughtful production that captures a message of acceptance. The piece is grounding yet hopeful as it ushers us towards the important and poignant realisation that failures are just lessons when looked at from another perspective. Serving as a reminder that everything that has unfolded in our life thus far is what has made us who we are, the deeply introspective lyricism leaves us feeling empowered and confident about the imperfections that litter the journey of our lives. -Malvika Padin
